120kg Large ozone generator for flue gas denitrification

Ozonefac large ozone generator adopts double gap discharge technology, with low harmonic pollution and energy consumption, high ozone concentration, compact structure and durability.
 
Ozone equipment components:
 
Air source inlet and distribution room;
 
The high-pressure distribution is installed in the distribution room at the inlet of the air source to provide electric energy for the ozone generation unit;
 
The generator can body, in which the ozone discharge body is installed;
 
Ozone outlet collection room;
 
The cooling water chamber is isolated from the generator tank body through sealed stainless steel pipes welded at both ends as the cooling water chamber.
 
Cooling inlet and outlet pipes;
 
The discharge body is installed in the stainless steel pipe;
 
The tank body is used as the grounding electrode;
 
The ozone generator operates at 7000v voltage and 800Hz frequency. The selection of this parameter is not only to provide optimized conditions for efficient ozone generation, but also due to safe and reliable design ideas. The discharge voltage of 7000v greatly reduces the power impact and ensures the longer service life of the discharge body. The generator is designed to work continuously for 24 hours, and each generator is pre installed with relevant instruments and valves. The ozonator is completely integrated. Before leaving the factory, pipes, valves, instruments and cables have been installed on the generator, and the whole system has been tested in the factory.
 
 

Introduction of ozone oxidation Denitration Process

Ozone oxidation denitration is to oxidize water-insoluble no and water-insoluble NO2 in flue gas into water-soluble N2O5, which is removed together with desulfurization and washing. There are as many as 65 specific removal reaction mechanisms, and the basic reactions that play a major role are as follows:
 
NO + O3=NO2 + O2         
2NO2 + O3=N2O5 + O2    
N2O5 +H2O=2HNO3         
Hg0 + O3 =Hg+2 + O2       
 
NOx is rapidly converted into nitric anhydride dissolved in aqueous solution, which is easily absorbed by water washing and reacts quickly with slurry, so as to irreversibly remove NOx;
 
In addition to NOx, some heavy metals, such as mercury and other heavy metal pollutants, are also oxidized by ozone at the same time. Oxidative denitration has a good mercury removal effect;
